A large funds run in during min January 2008 to push the KLCI up to new record and after the election also a large funds push KLCI down. If at January 2008 all funds manager sales share to make profit and buy back at March 2008, than KLCI will go high to 1350 points for 2nd major profit taking.Early at January 2008, KLCI is not effected by any bad news from US market but just after hit 1525 points all bad news are effected KLCI both from US and in Malaysia. The Funds need profit to support they opperation and bonus, thing need to come in balance, in Maths right side equal left side if big funds make money every years that who lost the money? Big fund need to go in and out to make profit from the market, so just be caution when the big funds is in market and when the market is in high points.
